Bornholm Panorama Apartments was built in a place where once the famous Bornholm resort “Skottehjemmet” (Scottish House) functioned.
In “Skottehjemmet” there were mainly banquet halls with their own kitchen. The place was known as a center of the parties, occasional events organized by Danes.
The kitchen was run by Frank Truberg, a well-known chef, who later supplied the whole island with a tasty, highly appreciated by the locals meals, dealing with catering with a great passion.

Skottehjemmet
Skottehjemmet has been noticed as an ideal complex of buildings with potential and purpose for tourist activity, with a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and lush greenery, meadows, fields belonging to the “Natura 2000” nature reserve.
Henrik Laursen was the owner of the Scottish House in 2012.
